Antoine Gadpaille
Attorney | Owner
Antoine was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. Graduating early from primary education, he pursued his passion for the arts by attending performing arts conservatories in
California, New York, and the Netherlands.
The Netherlands would be his home for several years. He credits his performing career for exposing him to insights and lessons gained by working and touring with people from all over the world.
This experience is foundational in how he approaches and appreciates working with clients. After retiring from performing, he worked for the Dutch Foreign Ministry
at their Permanent Mission to the United Nations.
Antoine chose a Law school in California to be nearer to family and loved ones, and attended Whittier Law School. At Whittier Law School, he was a recipient of a fellowship for International Law.
In 2012, Antoine began practicing law in Brea, California. In August 2023, with the retirement of his partner, Mr. O'Brien, Antoine acquired the firm
and rebranded it as ARG LAW.
Antoine enjoys Estate Planning and Administration because it is an area that presents the opportunity
to work with a wide array of clients, and provides an opportunity to assist people and their families in a way that deals with personal and important planning.
Desiree Alvarado

Our paralegal Desiree, is a California native, who brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Since the age of 16, Desiree has worked in law offices, progressively sharpening her skills. Her path as a paralegal began in 2005, when she obtained her Paralegal Certificate.
Desiree assists our attorney in probate, trust administration, and conservatorship proceedings.
Desiree excels in making legal complexities
more accessible and understandable.
Through her guidance, she ensures that each client is fully informed and empowered throughout the
legal process.
Diana Jimenez
Paralegal
Diana, our paralegal, was born and raised in Mexico, and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
She effortlessly navigates between languages, ensuring seamless communication and understanding for our Spanish speaking clients.
Diana graduated with her Paralegal Certificate in 2012 and has since been dedicated to trusts and estates law.
Diana assists our attorney in estate planning, probate and trust administration proceedings.
Diana's proactive attitude and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset in providing efficient and reliable assistance to our clients.
